             It is common that we encounter people talk about another person having a bad breath. Bad breath is really disturbing and impacts your overall reputation. Even if we look very presentable and clean, our breath is the last criterion and probably the most considered one. Bad breath ruins conversation and often offends some of the people we talk to. However, the problem caused by these foods will be gone when the foods pass through our system.  Also avoid cheese and milk, because they tend to invite bacteria to breakdown the protein from these foods and they will also thicken your nasal mucous that will make the bad odor to cure. Cheese is the dairy food that gives you bad breath the most.




Tip # 2:

   Avoid empty stomach. Having a diet over a day will give you a bad odor because leaving your stomach empty for a day makes the body breakdown the fat to convert it to energy through a process called ketosis. Have a balance regular meal with right amount of carbohydrates and less protein.

   Keep your tongue clean. After a long day, you cannot avoid to have your tongue coated with bacteria because of the food we eat. Our tongue is a good spot for bad breath bacteria to breed. Brushing your tongue every morning will help you cure bad breath and keeping it clean through the day will help lessen the chance of having a bad breath.




Tip # 4:

   Brush your teeth regularly. Somewhere in between your teeth is a good place for plaque buildup that will cause gum problems that will also give you bad breath. Brush your teeth every meal to clean up the foods that sticks in between the spaces of your teeth.




Tip # 5:
   Have a good tool for cleaning your mouth. Even if we brush our teeth regularly, there are toothbrushes that are not efficient enough for cleaning. Sometimes they tend to miss some spots in between our teeth that need to be cleaned. Try better dental products that will get you through oral problems. Choose your tool carefully.
